STEP ONE - REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

a. Secure Registration card and other forms to be completed.
b. Get Priority Number.
c. Submit accomplished Registration Card together with ther required
documents to the Registrar's Office.

Requirements for Old students
• Original Report Card
• 2 pcs. 1" x 1" colored ID pictures
• Copy of ACR / (Alien Certificate of Registration) for non_filipino citizens

Requirements for New students
• Original Report Card
• 4 pcs. of 1" x 1" colored ID pictures
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by National Statistic Office (NSO)
• Medical Certificate
• Photocopy of Passport - for non-Filipino citizens
• Copy of ACR / Study Permit for non-Filipino citizens

d. Wait for your number to be called for the assessment of fees

STEP TWO - CASHIER'S OFFICE

a. Get Priority Number.
b. Pay tuition fee and other fees.

Note: Cashier issues parent's copy of the Assessment Form after payment
of school fees. Likewise, an OBMCI Information Kit will be given to the
new students

STEP THREE - ASSESSMENT AREA FOR UNIFORM AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Proceed to the designated area for assessment of school uniforms,
books and supplies.

STEP FOUR - BOOKSTORE

Payment and release of supplies and uniforms.

STEP FIVE - FOR SCHOOL BUS SERVICE

Proceed to the designated area for school bus reservation if needed
based on the area of your residence.

NOTE: Contract is between parents/guardian and the bus operator
